I doubt you would need to manually retract the spoiler very often as according to the manual -
  • Cayenne models except Coupé models
In Normal drive mode, the roof spoiler extends to the Performance position from approx. 93 mph (150 km/h). Once the speed falls below approx. 80 mph (130 km/h), the roof spoiler retracts.

On the Macan the spoiler also deployed at any speed if the roof was open.

I'm writing as one of the rare Taycan owners who drives my Taycan across the US and Canada on very long road trips multiple times a year...
For the Cayenne EV to work, you need a good infrastructure. Similar to you, on longer road trips I used to operate between 80-20% battery which gave me around 3-4 hour drive time. On recent longer trips with Cayenne EV, Porsche nav calculated route perfectly with shorter stops (usually around 4- 10 min) at 400 kWh chargers. But as you said, charger may be occupied by non EV, faulty or max capacity limited to 100 kWh due to others charging at the same time.

In summary, Cayenne EV is a perfect long distance car but heavily depends on 400 kWh charging infrastructure to provide similar experience to ICE. Charging at 100 kwh is just infuriating. At 350 kWh charging speed we usually fail to come back in time after toilet break. Lunch at 100 kWh is fine.

Rant:
Motorways in UK and Central Europe as well as larger tourist hubs have (currently) good infrastructure. Politicians in Europe however hinder further expansion of fast charging network by ridiculous standing fees and rather challenging planning permissions. If all goes to plan (only selling EVs) as per poorly educated and non working political class, charging will become the bottle neck and we soon end up where we started 10 years ago.
