Estimated Delivery Dates - What's Yours?

My Cayenne Electric Turbo just went to Milestone 5 today. No pictures of the build yet.

My car's completion date got delayed to 5/29 (from 5/11) with a dealer inventory time of August 4th now.

Good news! My car hit stages 5 and 6 over the weekend, so it should be complete and on its way to port soon.

FWIW, here is the information from my dealer:

V331 - Entry port Emden: 5/29/2026
V332 - Exit port Emden: 6/14/2026
U014 - Entry port Benicia: 7/18/2026
V900 - Dealer Inventory: 7/24/2026

Just reached Milestone 7 (Your Porsche has arrived at the German port) this morning. Hopefully the car doesn't need to wait for a boat for too long.

Anyone from Scandinavia (preferably Sweden), or someone with the knowledge, know whether the cars are transported by sea or by road? I never really reflected on it with my last order, but I started thinking about it now since my car should already have been built and finished last week, or possibly even earlier (I don’t have TYD available).

Port Gothenburg but ask your dealer to confirm. Work on mine should have started and will check early June if it is on its way.

This doesn't add up and I think my order is for sure delayed but they're just not admitting it to:

• Original Order Plan:
  • 5 May lock
  • 14 August deliver to USA
• Now:
  • 25 May new planned lock date but dealer says "who knows it could happen sooner"
  • 30 June complete production in Slovakia so only 5 weeks between order lock and production completion?
  • 6 July depart port
  • 14 August deliver to dealer in USA so no delay from original plan.
• Interim
  • April 28ish order locks earlier than planned
  • 2 May order unlocks
  • 7 May order disappears from My Porsche App but dealer says they still see it on their side
  • 8 May order locks for second time
  • 11 May order unlocks for second time

Are Porsche or dealers not admitting real timelines to avoid order cancellations?

The newest planned lock date has passed yet the dealer still says delivery is schedule for 14 August. I don't believe it.

Get your dealer to share a screenshot of the Porsche Sales and Vehicle Management System status for your order (see below). It should display all the estimated dates Porsche thinks applies to your order, along with the current milestone (V200, etc...).

For what it's worth, my car has been built, I have a VIN, and it is sitting at Emden waiting for a ship now.

I was told that if your car was originally a dealer order then the freeze date can change to allow a dealer to spec an actual purchase. That’s not the explanation in your case as it has changed several times.

My allocation was marked "S0C - Launch Vehicle" so it was frozen December 17th, 2025. Some options were also unavailable when I spec'ed the car (e.g. automatic doors, the hands-free drive assist, etc...).

Based on both of your timelines there is a minimum of 4.5 months from Milestone 3 to delivery. For me I'm still at Milestone 1 and dealership says I will have the vehicle in 2.25 months. For sure not being honest here.
