Looks like yours missed the boat @ptsturbogt unfortunately. Mine is on the Daedalus as well, so it looks like it will stop in San Diego before making its way up to NorCal (unless they transport south via land). Kind of fun watching the 'live' track. Currently off of Porto heading toward the canal, first for me.There are just fewer ships going to the US West Coast than the East Coast and I think your car might have just missed the Daedalus Leader.
FWIW, the ship you'll likely be on is Glovis Challenge, scheduled to depart Emden on June 17th and arrive in San Diego on July 17th.
dang. i sure wish mine was on the Daedalus! I have to give back my lemon lucid gravity tomorrow.. i think i have like 2 months without a carLooks like yours missed the boat @ptsturbogt unfortunately. Ouch. Sounds like we are on the same path. I had a Gravity on order but canceled after hearing the horror stories about the software and frequent, random bricking. Too bad, I loved the test drives and I do hope the company survives.dang. i sure wish mine was on the Daedalus! i hope they survive as well. But yeah i have a gravity dream edition (#87) and its been very very rough. car shuts down while driving, not being able to start, go into gear.. or turn off when you want to. doors not unlocking from a variety of reasons.. cameras stopped working.. 2nd and 3rd row seats both failed multiple times.. i finally had enough. First lemon.Ouch. Sounds like we are on the same path. I had a Gravity on order but canceled after hearing the horror stories about the software and frequent, random bricking. Just was messaged by my dealer (UK) that they have their demo Cayenne EV now, test drives from the 25th
Thanks for the photos. First one I've seen of Dolomite, which is a colour I like and I had it on my first Taycan.
I had my order lock then unlock twice. My "lock down" date just got pushed back again. Original was June 3, then June 15, now July 3. ETA was Sep 17 but no update on that.
Morning, thank you for the update. Elbe Highway (1 of the 2 ships moored on Monday) was supposed to go to Grimsby directly so didn't track anymore. Seems last minute change. Elbe Highway is smaller than Future way. There is a 100 million port upgrade so Sheerness might have intermittent problems to unload larger ships. Two bridges are next to each other so 2-4 days delay is outrages but nothing unheard of in UKThe upgrade of the port may well be the cause of issue my dealer said had happened to the previous ship.
I found this, so your car may be at Sheerness this morning ? -
Elbe Highway (Current): Berthed on 11 June 2026 at 05:00 AM. It is currently discharging vehicles at the main terminal.
The Elbe Highway, a dedicated Volkswagen Group vehicles carrier operated by KESS, arrived at the Sheerness Car Terminal Lower at 05:00 AM. It crossed the North Sea directly from the main VAG export hub in Emden, Germany
It’s this which may be causing transport issues ?
The A249 Transporter Bottleneck: As noted previously, severe emergency bridge repairs on the Sheppey Crossing have limited heavy traffic to a strict 7.5-tonne limit. HGV car transporters are being forced onto a congested diversion via the older Kingsferry Bridge.
Delivery Expectation: This traffic diversion is adding an extra 2 to 4 days to the local transport turnaround times. Even though your car is off the ship today, do not expect it at your Official Porsche Centre (OPC) until late next week.
