Charging impaired need servicing

OK, it’s Porsche being Porsche. Never had this one on the Taycan but will need to ring the dealers and get it sorted. Hopefully the right hand charging port is OK otherwise it will be dropped down to them to get sort ASAP or I will be stranded.

The message has disappeared, left the car for 30 minutes and just went out to it and it’s gone.

Had it all the time with the taycan ….never really an issue ..had something to do with the door closing ,not the charging bit

Never had it once on our Taycan, that’s weird you had it loads of times and me never. Funny I was on with the service department arranging to book it in when I decided to go out to the car and see what it exactly said, unlocked and opened the door and the message was gone.

Pretty much every time the charging port had been left open while charging …when you pulled plug and jumped in the drive away that message would come up …the port door always closed …so never worried

Happened to me lots on my two Tacans, also. I'll be on my fourth Porsche EV in a month or so, and I know now that there are two types of faults on Porsches. One is a "fault" that goes away randomly and is nothing to worry about. The second is a genuine fault that certainly requires attention from the dealer. I've only ever had the former.
