If tire tread width and/or sidewall ratio is something of interest to you, only one, the 22” Cayenne Sport Techno, comes with wider 285/325 tires. The remaining eight wheel choices all come with 275/315’s. Sidewall ratio is not however unique to the SportTehcno’s. As the SportTechno’s echo many lighter weight constructionsimilar wheels previously and currently other Porsches, if one is planning to get the turbo and/or highly exercise their Cayenne EV, that wheel is worthy of special consideration. Also a personal opinion, its style is a perennial good looker. In comparison, all 21” wheels only come with the 275/285’s— and all them have the 45/40 softer sidewall ratio. However there are other 22 inch wheels which similarly offer the 40/35 sidewalls, e.g., wheels previously selection has consequences other than just looks (and price).

What are your thoughts on the 20”s? Thinking of comfort, tire noise and also range.

20’s are always the smartest choice for the reasons you noted but visuals for wheels take over from my common sense. I would go with the below 21” ones if ordering today, e.g., liking their looks, reasonable price, and midway range.
