For reasons previously mentioned in other posts, there are challenges to getting a PTS vehicle, such as a specialized allocation being needed (sometimes rare, sometimes not even avaialble at many dealerships), significant extra cost, timing of production, etc.
My wife and I are very pleased...
Thank you kwrudy123 for your thoughtful post two above. I did not read it as any ego on your part, but your long term Porsche experience. You made a really good point that quite a few video-journalists were experiencing PAR for the first or second time, and like the acclimation period needed...
Glad that they will work with you to make it yours. Also pleased that you have at least three weeks “extra” to make sure that happens.
Many of us can not wait until you post about your “S” ownership experiences — especially while you are spiritedly driving it.
Another “S” model review to help answer is it the sweet spot model and does it have enough power (of course answered by the video-reviewer’s perspective), so FWIW.
I just looked up in the UK configurator (which has more performance info than the U.S. one) and the Cayenne EV S’s acceleration “Acceleration 49-74 mph (80-120km/h)” is identical to the Macan EV Turbo @ 2.0 seconds.
Another “secondary” data point starts at 12:55 in the below Auto Zeitung video in which we watch the speed quickly accelerate from 94+ km (58.4 MPH) to 214 km (138MPH) when he activates the 10 second Push-to-Pass.
We have very limited input, even less hard data on what is it like to drive an “S.” Perhaps the most on-point comment is:

Any member here driven one please and could comment how lively it feels accelerating...
One more member’s PAR input (“voksik”’s— we thank you), as to thoughts on PAR after driving a full day in many different Cayenne EV’s (on below linked thread).

*Note please that in at least the U.S., you can option...
It has been confirmed by a Porsche rep that the 2027 Cayenne will offer both electro opening-n-closing doors as an option and also the option of message seats. Re the latter, the message function might also become available on the 18 way seats — in addition as has been traditionally optional...
Exactly the kind of precise info/feeback I wanted. Thank you! Since we have some rough roads (which the Macan with 22”’s is not pleasant on), I will be going with 21”s on our 2027.
I am trying to gather as much input as possible; have not yet decided whether to option the hugely expensive PAR option on our 2027 Cayenne EV. Not even sure whether we will order an “S” or the Turbo. However if I to get either I would spec RWS and if the S, I would also order the...
Will the 2027 message seats also for the first time become available for the 18-ways? According to this video, @ 3:50, he says so and the quick screen print of the seat buttons shows a message center button on the most rearward one. If that is true, the long term debate of whether to only get...
It makes sense that there are such matters as EPA fuel economy certification and similar determinations that are already in process, their being needing to be completed first.
That makes sense. I remember when i first tried to get the then brand new model 2023 Corvette Z06 insured and again the SF underwriter pool similar said check back in a little while. No issues getting it insured at a fair price when I called them back in about six more weeks.
According to Derek Bonzagni who had a Porsche rep bring a Algarve Turbo to special Porsche gathering, the Porsche rep confirmed that the 2027 Cayenne EV’s will have both 14 way message seats and electro opening doors as options. Not addressed in the video by in the comments Q&A section of this...
