It’s only around 10-12 degree here and most of my current driving is less than 10 mile journeys which aren’t getting the battery to optimum operating temperature but I’m still seeing 2.8miles/KW which equates to 300+ miles. If there was longer journeys thrown in I reckon 330-340 miles is on the cards.

But you're not getting 2.8 miles/kWh in reality. The OBC overestimates. 2.8 miles/kWh is more like 2.5 miles/kWh, which is a theoretical range of 270 miles. Also, if it's anything like the Macan, the remaining range doesn't drop in a linear manner. I would frequently get to around 15% battery remaining and the range would say "30 miles" (or less, even). That would mean a range at 100% of only 200 miles, yet at 100% it predicted 300 miles.

I'm not saying you won't get 340 miles, but I'd be very surprised if you did.
