Underrated British brand. They call it a "TurboGraph" because it is a combo of tourbillon and chronograph.

With the summer heat ? and our community pool being recently renovated, I've been celebrating and staying cool by regular swimming and testing out the WR of nearly ALL my watches with 100M+ WR ??

Porsche Cayenne EV Watch collectors - let's talk watches here! 1000057211

Just picked up the new Nodus Contrail GMT from a local Los Angeles based microbrand Watch Show yesterday, with Nodus as one of the vendors present.

I've wanted one of these since they were announced, being a fan of the Miyota 9075 jump hr GMT movement and already owning a Traska Venturer GMT.

The quality, fit and finish of the Nodus GMT is incredible and it punches well above its price point. Size and wearbility is great on my 6.5 in wrist thanks to a shorter lug to lug and overall great dimensions (41mm diameter, 12mm thickness) coupled with full lume + 200m WR ??

After I sold my Moonswatch Mission to Pluto and some other cheaper watches, I recently learned there's a Swatch store in my area (Topanga Canyon Mall in the SFV) so I stopped by there after work in LA and walked in to pick up a Mission on Earth Polar Lights model:

And when I got home promptly threw it on a color matched rubber strap I picked up from Ali Express in anticipation of the purchase. [emoji1417]

Pluto was one of my favorites. I'll keep my Mercury, though I don't wear it very often. Goodness gracious the Velcro straps they come on are horrible!

That's quite a collection for someone who is new to watch collecting. Congrats! The JLC in the top left corner really caught my eye in this collection.

Nice varied collection....

Love the Chopard Alpine Eagle. Is the Grey easy to read? I cant decide between grey or green.
It's such minimalist beauty in my eyes.

Have you had the slipping issue with the Tudor Pepsi? Or is that all sorted out nowadays?

I also had a Skydweller, loved the complications, but it was just too big and top heavy for me.

The Tudor date issues have been solved I read on a watchforum. If you mean the bracelet micro adjust I have not had any issues with that.

The Alpine eagle grey is easy to read also when light is low. My wife has the smaller version in blue.

For me the skydweller is just fine (large wrist). It took me some time to get used to the bracelet. First I put it a bit too small and after a while your wrist starts to hurt in strange places. Now I wear it looser but the watch is quite unbalanced with the light bracelet and the heavy watch body. So you need to find an optimal size to set the bracelet. I wonder if a full metal bracelet would not be better. It looks stunning in full sun and very light conditions though.

I have a few more watches on order (platinum day-date) and a 5164R Aquanaut. I have the impression that things start to move again at Rolex and Patek. Last time I was at the AD they even received and showed me a 5167R and several 5167A. They were all ready to go out to customers of course.

I like the dial colors on the JLC Polaris Chrono. And that strap is a nice match. You should try on an IWC Portugieser (either Automatic or Chronograph). They released some nice new dial colors this year, on top of a already varied selection. Your Alpine Eagle is a winner as well.

What spec is your Plat Day Date going to be?
I love the olive dial with Roman numerals.
