hmmmm…

I have a 2021 Cayenne Hybrid w/massage seats
I had a 2020 Taycan w/massage seats
I have a 2024 Macan EV w/massage seats

the current configurator has no massage seat options and they are not listed in standard equipment

honestly - this is a deal breaker for me - hopefully they will add the massage seat option to future model years - if not - I'm not going to give up my existing 2021 Cayenne

honestly it's cheaper to add an extended warranty to my 2021 Cayenne than sales tax on the new Cayenne EV…

I'm watching this closely…

my $0.02 YMMV

I get that the massage seats are a deal breaker for you. I’ve seen quite mixed feedback in the forums though. Some swear by them, while others aren’t that impressed.

I can only compare to the Polestar 3 massage seats, which I personally found to be a bit underwhelming. I’d be genuinely interested to hear what makes them a deal breaker for you.

The BMW iX message seats were/are also of no significance. Guessing that in the next Cayenne configurator update that we see the message seats as they have been a Porsche option on many models for quite a while — and a key reason why more than a few choose the 14 ways over the 18’s.

If you feel the Polestar 3 massage is underwhelming you will likely feel the same with Porsche. I would rank Polestar 3 massage better than Porsche. Lucid Air is the class leader.

for my wife and myself we'd rather not go "backwards" - honestly it's doesn't matter "how good" the massage is or is not - when sitting in a seat for a long drive it's nice to be able to get some "motion" on the seat and break up the static seating position - the degree of good is less important than I promise you it's better than nothing…

we also have massage on our current Cayenne so I wouldn't want to go "backwards" on a 170k+ vehicle purchase…

I will say the massage seat is good enough, that many friends/family have chosen to spec massage seats for their Porssche/Audi vehicles (they are 99% identical) after one demonstration from my 2020 Taycan…

2021 Cayenne TurboS eHybrid - 14 ways with massage
2024 Macan Turbo EV - 14 ways with massage
2022 911 TurboS - 18 way seats - no massage - not an option in 911's
2023 911 GT3 - Sports Bucket - no massage - not an option in 911's and it's a track car!!!

I'm not paying 150-170k for a top tier Luxury EV SUV with out massage seats…

I'm hopeful and pretty sure they will make a return in future configurators - but it's odd to me that they are not there even now.
