I see we speak the same language 😄
The Vanadium / Turbonite combo is hard to beat in terms of balance and character.
On my side, here’s my latest setup and this time, I’m sticking with it:

Even so, you're lucky in France, as Porsche Finance offers a 9.8% interest rate for 4 years, with a trade-in value of 40% after 3 years and 35% after 4 years.
Sorry for my english,
Auto Moto is a French TV car show think of it as the French equivalent of Top Gear. They featured a 911 in Vanadium Grey with Turbonite wheels this weekend, and that convinced me to switch my wheel configuration to Turbonite!
Last-minute change 😅
Back to Vanadium Grey wheels ;).
I went back and forth until the end, and the Auto-Moto feature this weekend finally made me decide.
We’ll see how it looks in real life.
Honestly, it looks amazing… you’re going to make me regret changing my mind 😊
But (I’m still trying to justify my choice 😄), I feel that the Turbonite color, even though it’s beautiful, doesn’t highlight the depth and contrasts as much as the black and silver version.
I hesitated for a long time with the Sport Techno wheels in Turbonite, but in the end I was worried it might look a bit too tone-on-tone, with a slight mismatch between the shades.
That said, I saw a 992.2 911 Turbo in Vanadium Grey with Turbonite wheels, and it looked absolutely stunning.
According to the poll, Vanadium Grey is clearly the most popular choice, yet it’s impossible to find a photo of a Cayenne Turbo in this color with the Sport Techno wheels.
If anyone has seen a photo or a video, I’d really appreciate it 👍
That’s reassuring, but I’m still a bit cautious. From the photos, it looks like the tests were done mostly in the city, and the car is almost new (around 450 km).
In theory, urban driving should actually give better range than WLTP, not worse.
So even considering a “sporty driving” bias, the...
Yes, I noticed the same thing. We’re quite far from the announced 627 km (≈ 390 miles).
I hope this estimate is due to early test drives, probably done with fairly sporty driving, which can skew the figures. It remains to be confirmed under real-world conditions.
If I understood correctly, you were able to see the Coupé in person and even place an order — that’s pretty exciting.
Did you happen to take any photos? And more importantly… how did it look in real life?
We’re all the same 😄
I spent hours on that famous Vanadium Grey… depending on the photos, it looked green, then blue, then grey. A real chameleon. My wife couldn’t take it anymore, watching me compare screenshots at 11pm…
In the end, we went to the dealership to see a 992 Phase 2 in that...
In my opinion, the difference in appearance does not come from a third finish, but rather from several factors:
- the material (painted plastic for the lower body parts and bumpers vs aluminium for the roof rails and window trims),
- the lighting conditions (showroom vs outdoor),
- and the...
Great spec! Personally I might have kept the window surrounds in Turbonite, but that's purely a matter of taste.
Interesting choice to go for the centre console heating over ventilated seats… though to be fair, in England ventilated seats are probably not top of the priority list 😄
And as for...
I just spoke with my dealer regarding the massaging seats.
He has just completed training on the Cayenne Electric and confirmed that the massaging seats option will be available in the configurator starting in September, with deliveries expected in 2027.
However, they will not be available on...
