Hello, does anyone know how to turn off the super annoying feature of "reconfiguring vehicle hot spot"? It randomly kicks me off CarPlay to do this and it's crazy frustrating!

Additionally, how to get the climate control from the app working?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Screenshots attached

As always, have you tried rebooting by holding the volume down for 15 seconds.

Have you double checked that privacy mode isn’t selected and connected account is live together with data pass. It may be worth checking your app version is the latest. In the UK it’s 21.61.40. What is strange is that the app has your Oct trip in it and is connecting to the car.

Last resort before a visit to the dealer is reset everything to factory settings - means losing all settings in the profile / car.

Hopefully someone more adept at these things may provide better advice.

Yeah I have an active Porsche Connect subscription, reset my iPhone, makes absolutely zero sense but doesn't tell me my charge level either in the app where Taycan previously had both without issue.

It definitely should show the charge level and if the car charging is going to operate using the departure time.

Do you have privacy mode disabled or not? If disabled then you won't have app access to the car. Enable on the PCM.

Privacy mode is disabled I’ll work on a screen shot this morning! Just to make sure I’m doing it right Settings -> Privacy or is it somewhere else?

Regarding the Hotspot/Car Play issue: I was under the impression that the wireless Car Play connection was via Bluetooth, not WiFi. If you are intentionally connected to the car’s Hotspot, try disconnnecting your phone from the Hotspot and connecting it via Bluetooth. No idea why the Hotspot should require frequent reconfiguration.
