Cayenne privacy mode glitch

Hi, my new e Cayenne S decided to put itself into privacy mode, meaning no location or preheating etc available. The car system setting for privacy is however set to allow location services etc. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I’m sure this isnt the prob, but is the Connected Service selection set as well as privacy.

Scroll towards the bottom of the page and select Cayenne EV

Yes, thank you that it is all set correctly, but the car seems to “forget” the privacy setting. Not sure if this is a common issue or personal to me.

This could simply be a cloud server issue / maintenence and was common on Taycans in the early years. If this is the issue then it will resolve itself.
