Has anyone noticed sunlight reflecting off the curved display into the rear passengers' faces?

I drove the demo car today, and my rear passenger pointed out that sunlight was reflecting off the curved screen directly onto her face. I'm wondering if this is something others have experienced or if it was just the angle of the sun.

Also, are there any matte screen protectors available for the curved display to reduce reflections?

I have passengers in very sunny weather and they weren't bothered. I doubt it, but I have thermal glass if that does restrict sun rays coming in. In fact in the exceptionally sunny weather I haven't noticed any glare.

I agree with @Wivenhoe on everything stated above. Exactly the same thing with me, and I do have thermal insulated glass as well.

You might want to check if the demo had that option, if that may be the reason.

Which screen - cental or main instrument (both are curved).

Middle seat, if so try left or right hand side?

Most new Porsches come with screen protectors (matt) left in place for the new owner to peel off just like a new phone.

Protectors are available for other models with similar curved display - Taycan, Cayenne ICE, 911 - likely to become available for the EV if not already.

Seems an odd and rare problem.

When I test drove a base model nearly two weeks ago, the Atlanta dealership had installed a matte protective film cover across the entire screen area (minus display in front of driver). It looked and performed very well. No glare and no fingerprints.

It was the main instrument. I suspect it might just be the particular angle at a particular time of the day. Will explore the matt screen options. Thanks for the replies.
