If you spoke to the average car owner in Europe and asked them about the model year of their vehicle, they wouldn't have a clue what you were talking about, never mind actually know the answer. Europe doesn't deal in model years in the way the U.S. does.Guys, look at the bright side! Your September delivery vehicles will be MY26 and October deliveries will be MY27 thus all MY26 vehicles will have taken about a 12% depreciation hit simply because they are now "one year old vehicles" thirty days after birth. This matters to us who purchase outright.
I don't understand why Porchse didn't just call all deliveries MY27.
