The car or the big display inside? :)
The ear end of the car. Front looks fine but after the B pillar the designer seems to have given up the will to live. And nobody has shown any space in the back. Wonder if this more is a 2plus2. Rear seating seems very cramped.
No thanks

Rear is so ugly :CWL:  but interiror looks fantastic.
Front: stolen design.

This looks like it follows the Form Follows Function principle. Aero requirements may require a change in fashion.
Apparently the street tested this car to see if the aero stuff really holds up and that they can drive it with under 10kWh/100km highway speed. They did get 1000km.

Maybe important proof of concept for Merc?

It's hard to believe that 10kwh would be enough for 100km even in lower speed than highway.
After all, the vehicle is still over 2000 kilos... unless if they were measuring during downhill only

I think they said the car weighed only 1750 kg. Seems very low though?

Was watching one of the videos. It looks like Mercedes tackled many of the problems that affect an EV's range.
- increased battery charge density
- reduced battery weight and size
- reduced car weight through smart design
- great aero

I’m sure if the Taycan had skinny tyres and only 200 bhp it would go a lot further on a charge, without changing anything else.
