Error When Trying to Charge Cayenne S EV

I have a ChargePoint home charger. Worked perfectly with my BMW ix xDrive50. I just plugged my new Cayenne S EV in and got the attached error:

This is resolved! I had a charging schedule configured in the ChargePoint app so it would only charge from 11 pm to 6 am (to save $$ on electricity costs). With my BMW iX, when I plugged it in during the day, the screen would say "ready to charge". With the Cayenne, it just gave me this error.

I removed the schedule from the ChargePoint app and plugged the Porsche in. It immediately started charging. I still want it to charge on that schedule, so I enabled the "Plan departure" option shown in the screenshot above, and set a manual charging period. Working great now!
