I don't have Track Your Dream. Also told its not available on early orders.

Must have been nonsense I emailed Porsche head office, and within 24 hours it mysteriously started working ? When did you place your order ?

Ive just had my delivery confirmed for next Wednesday, happy days its happening

I'll have to give Porsche Head office another try. It was both them and my dealership that told me its not available. You're experience clearly tells us otherwise

I think that is what I find frustrating, it is the inconsistent messaging from Porsche mixed with what others are experiencing across the network. These things directly impact the customer experience and should not be hard to fix.

I believe this requires dealer input to activate it. I kicked up and made a fuss when mine wouldnt work and mysteriously it started working. Also worth making sure you have the latest update on the app.

I've seen rumors it wasn't available on early orders, but don't believe that's true as i ordered last December !

It was true - there was a few on here which can confirm that - me being one! I think it was the initial builds, my car was delivered in July. At that time even Porsche Insurance couldn’t quote on the car so used the equivalent ICE car to provide quotes which they stood by.

Matt. Is the car on the way to the dealers from Sheerness. As it was previously reported to be Nov, its like Porsche are adopting the same policy as the UK government with regards to early prisoner release - perhaps the storage compound was overcrowded !

Based on "vehicle on vessel" i would assume it's on its way from Emden to Sheerness.
I suppose the next concrete update will be once it lands in Sheerness. This will 100% confirm it is in fact on its way.
Right now no one can understand how it got bumped back up from November. I suppose because of the November date, no one at the dealership was checking my car specifically for any progress updates. It just slipped through the production phase undetected. And no track your dream so i wasn't made aware either...

Matt, the journey from Emden to Sheerness is only around 24 hours, based on the ship mine came over on last week.

My dealer rang me to say my vehicle was on the vessel on Monday , but i knew from my app it had already ported at Sheerness on Friday night, so my app was actually ahead of the dealer

Interesting! I'll give the dealership until this afternoon before i pester them... but in theory there should be an update for me then
I might phone Porsche Customer Service too. They take so long to respond to emails. I WANT TRACK YOUR DREAM!!!

UPDATE:
Dealer just phoned. Car is at Grimsby waiting to be put on transport to dealership. Could arrive Friday. Most likely Monday Only issue now is that my PPF guy had to reschedule me so many times, there's no way he'll be able to get me booked in for weeks

My Cayenne will now be at the Dealership tomorrow (Yay!!) Handover maybe Monday.

Had an update from Porsche Customer Service as to why it wasn't delayed until November after all

"they requested for all June builds to be increased to high priority to support customers experiencing the delay. Due to this, the car was built earlier to ensure we could get it to you as soon as possible"

And to top it all off.... i have been pressing for Track Your Dream for weeks. Having spoken to every point of contact you can imagine. All of them telling me that it is "not available on early/July cars"... Even today i had this confirmed in an email from Porsche Customer Relations.

However, I have just moments ago had my "Track Your Cayenne Turbo Coupé Electric from production to delivery" email and the Cayenne is now showing in the app, along with it being at stage 7.

And now being able to see all the Milestones within the app, it confirms that I actually experienced a one week delay. Ironically the Cayenne went into production the same day i bought the temporary Macan

Haha, quite something ours have both arrived on the same day, given I ordered last December, and she ordered in May ! We weren't expecting hers, and were meant to be getting a loan BMW off them tomorrow, funny how that seemed to motivate them to get her car ready

I think the fact the EV shares the same production line as the ICE gives them the flexibility. However, perhaps they were prioritising the ICE's to cause the mysterious delays in the first place.
