Does anyone know what the wheel torque is for mounting the wheels. I'm not wanting the Continental tires and I'm wondering if Discount Tire is going to be willing to mount some Michelins.

According to this manufacturing documentary (which is absolutely worth watching) the wheels are torqued to 130 N-m or 96 ft-lb.

Correction, the 118 is not what they are used to doing. This could be interesting.

Does 'grease' include anti-seize - I would assume so. I didn't realize this was a controversial practice.
Yes, the torque spec is for dry lugnuts. Any form of liquid in there will change the spec.

The other wrinkle with Taycan wheels from the factory is that the wheel is supposedly balanced on the car. So if you remove them they should be marked some how for re-installation.

They should have a chart for reference, but aside from that, you now know it's 118. Same torque spec for other recent Porsche models, so Discount Tire shouldn't have any issue to simply adjust their torque wrench. Assuming you're going for the P-Zeros?
