Either my diagram is correct and there are errors in the original post (Taycan Turbo CT is lowered by 11 mm instead of 10) or Porsche is lying.
It could also be a rounding error. I have applied the appropriate lifts to the standard height but it seems to be off by a millimeter for Taycan Turbo...
There are four different settings. In Sport you are in lowered, in Normal you are in medium and in range mode you are in lowest. High mode is only used to clear obstacles up to 30 km/h. Over 30 km/h, it lowers down to original setting automatically.
It depends entirely on your spec. I would have gone pretty much all in on both with a few exclusions. The difference between a 4 and a 4s would be the base price which is 150 000 NOK while the e-tron gt is about 150 000 NOK cheaper than a CT 4s. (1 Euro = 10 NOK).

In Norway, it's about 200 000 NOK cheaper (approximately 20000 EUR) than the Taycan.

The Norwegian website now has a price list but no configurator. This is more a design tool where you can change the wheels and the external color and that's it.
The price in Norway is out. The car is 900 000 barebones and with LED-matrix, air suspension, surround camera, heated rear seats and B&O, it rises to a million (divide by ten to get Euro).
