Very interesting. Things I like: (1) regular door handles; (2) retention of physical switches for fan and temperture (climate); (3) retention of normal key fob, steering-wheel and door controls, analog clock, basic instrument-panel design; (4) electrochromic glass in the roof (but I hope it doesn't cost the nearly-$4k USD that it costs in the Taycan; (5) storage in the cockpit looks intriguing and well-thought-out; (6) looks like less piano-black.

Things I don't like: (1) it appears that there are again non-manual air vents (like in the Taycan and Panamera), requiring using the touchscreen to move the vents electronically -- an unfortunate change from the ICE Cayenne; (2) still looks like there's some piano-black (there shouldn't be any; everybody hates it).

What I'm not sure about: that curved screen. Seems cool and preferable to what's in the Taycan (two smaller screens), but not sure how that might be in practicality and not sure how susceptible it might be to breaking or malfunctioning.

Things I hope are coming to this Cayenne, all of which are present in the ICE Cayenne currently: (1) dual front sunvisors (standard); (2) heated windshield (option); (3) all-metal roof (standard). And, if Porsche puts NACS ports in their future BEVs for the North American market, I hope that they will also put ports on the opposite side of the car for CCS charging; if I had to choose between only one, I'd choose CCS because there are more CCS *stations* than NACS *stations* now in North America (end of Sept. 2025), and all new non-Tesla DCFC stations in North America today (and surely into 2026 and 2027) have CCS plugs, whereas only some *also* have NACS plugs. And, because no Tesla superchargers can currently charge 800-volt cars at our high speeds, and because cables are too short at almost all current Tesla DCFC pumps for our Porsches, most Porsche owners in North America will choose Tesla only as an emergency to DCFC for the foreseeable future. Given these facts, no Porsche owner wants only a NACS port because that'll mean having to use an adapter a LOT on road trips, realistically.
