Porsche app not showing charging status and can't set preconditioning.

Picked up my Cayenne S and love it. Promise to post pictures soon. Having a few minor issues and maybe someone can help. The Porsche app gives all the information about the car and allows me to lock and unlock doors however the battery charge status is unavailable as is Pre-climate function. Everything points to privacy settings but I think I've got that off.
We figured it out....the car was never set up properly at the dealer. Did reset and set up again and all works now!!!
