Exactly what I have ordered. I can’t imagine what active ride is like. I will likely not have test driven the Cayenne at all before I get it. Good to have your positive feedback so far.

you won’t regret it.
I hadn’t driven even a petrol Cayenne before I ordered it.
So good that it is even better than I hoped.

1 month in and the car continues to exceed my expectations.
incredibly comfortable and composed. Any journey length is a piece of cake with driver assist in comfort mode. (To be fair, all modes are comfortable including sport plus)
Push to pass is like lighting jet engines and the power and speed is insane but still very composed. Apart from the force and speed, it’s still an elegant and comfortable ride.
The biggest surprise to me was how it made me feel about our 5 month old Macan GTS EV. Suddenly, that felt a little cheap and dated.
I’ve solved that problem by selling it and buying a new Defender (we deed need a long distance tow vehicle so all good!)

I tried to tell you, Cayenne is a completely different league. Since Macan is now gone, which was more fun to drive. I still miss the playfulness of the hot hatch at times.

Don't get ours until Thursday, I know I'll miss the Taycan GTS, it's such a balanced tourer and the Mamba Green is a head turner. The wife is a rock star in our small town, everyone knows the green Porsche and comments on it. I don't expect that anyone will even notice the SUV.
