There is an article in this weeks Autocar about BYD launching flash chargers in the UK from next year. The interesting thing is most BYD cars won’t be able to take advantage of it. I wonder if hooking up a Cayenne would do any long term damage to the battery - I would think not as the car will throttle the speed down from 1500kw.
What I think is really interesting is the philosophy of the power coming from batteries charged overnight at a much cheaper rate.
