Do you have any issues with your iPhone connecting to other Bluetooth devices? For an entire year my 17 ProMax had intermittent connection issues via Bluetooth. Applied to all cars, headphones etc. (I couldn't be bothered to do what i'm about to recommend to you... so lived with the issue)I’m also running IOS 27.0.1 so don’t understand why it happened or why it returns the next day, I actually went into the CarPlay on my phone to see the cars that were connected and the Cayenne at the time wasn’t there and even when I tried to force it holding the voice button on the steering wheel you could see the Cayenne pop up on the CarPlay menu on the phone but it just kept spinning as if trying to connect. What’s strange is the rest of the pairing worked, I could make calls and connects to Apple Music just not the CarPlay for all the apps within it.
Since replacing my 17 with the new 18 the problem has gone away and connections are instant and flawless. The problem was definitely an iPhone issue. Try a hard reset on your iPhone. Back to out of the box factory settings and Start afresh.
