I’ve just noticed that it is recommended that the Cayenne’s HV battery should be recalibrated every 4,000 miles. Perhaps they have introduced this as a result of the different battery in the Cayenne. The Macan manual makes no mention, but the forum is full of the need to do it to rectify issues...

The upgrade of the port may well be the cause of issue my dealer said had happened to the previous ship.
I found this, so your car may be at Sheerness this morning ? -
Elbe Highway (Current): Berthed on 11 June 2026 at 05:00 AM. It is currently discharging vehicles at the main terminal.

I am trading in my Macan 4S so sticking with Porsche. My car was absolutely trouble free until after it had a software update. I couldn’t have asked for better service from the dealer and they resolved the issue whilst providing a courtesy car.
They offered a top of the range Taycan but I need...
My 'Exit Emden' date has gone out by 5 days to 20th June. So, the recent thoughts of the dealer that it would be a June car is now that the original early July will be the case.
Range setup isn’t in the UK - they must think we aren’t fit enough to provide augmented pedal power.
Any idea what it really is - there isn’t mention anywhere where I‘ve seen reference to a Range Mode I.e. turning off a/c, limiting speed but the Macan has an enforced one if battery is low...
You may have seen my earlier post confirming LV= (now part of Allianz) is quoting Base & S, not the Turbo. They are cheaper for a Base than Admiral are charging me for my Macan 4S.
Everyone is entitled to have a different opinion and need for exceptional acceleration. In my case I‘m buying a Cayenne for it being a luxury and easily accessible SUV type car, not for exceptional acceleration. That said, the Cayenne EV Coupe is faster 0 to 60 & 49 to 74 mph than a current...
FunTCDriving. Many thanks but I’m changing my Macan S for a Base Coupe. I found the extra cost for less than 1 second acceleration a bit too much but also insurance is a significant cost. I see you have a Turbo Macan so will be very used to a ‘performance drive‘. When is yours scheduled ?
Ireland to Mainland By ship !
I’ve seen my car’s Kate Codes / Event Key and it’s saying leave Emden 15th June, enter Sheerness 18th, depart Sheerness 20th BUT at dealers 8th July. So 18 days to transport approx 90 miles. Seems to confirm the problem at Sheerness transport And hence dealers...
Reason behind UK transport / shipping delays. Today I was told that a ship left Emden and arrived at Sheerness. Something happened so the ship couldn’t discharge the cars. Ship transited to Northern Ireland and discharged the cars then sailed back to Emden.
So cars are in the wrong place and...
I was at the dealers today and they confirmed the issue is with the wheels. A client had ordered a Turbo for June delivery - insisted on keeping the 22” and delivery now September. The sales guy said he had told all 22” were causing an issue not just the techno.
