Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Thx. With upgraded leather you mean "olea"? I have it (truffle-brown) and I love it. Speaking about lines: couldn't agree that Lucid has better rear... imo, Taycan is #1 from all angles. Anyway: congrats on new car, interior looks amazing!

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Congrats on your (very) low consumption. 300 miles = 480 km... means average consumption 17,4 kwh/100km.... my average (after 24k km) is 19,1 kwh/100km, which is low as well.

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Compared to BMW EV, Lucid looks like miss of the Universe :giggle: i also liked dashboard and lower screen…glass roof looks amazing, and rear seats looks extremely comfortable. I’d definitely give it a try, if i’d live close to the Newark, CA ;)

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

@TC Fan : IMO, it’s not ugly at all, just Taycan lines/curves are without competition. What about inside materials/assembly quality? (And i’m affraid to ask, how’s rear camera view)

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Why would have Taycans for US market different range/specs than Taycans in Eu?

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Nope, no increase after uPdate, made almost three months ago. Also, since last week, i’m on 20” winter tyres, no difference yet. On the other hand, my overall consumption is still 19,1 kwh/100km …and about 20 from charging to charging and that;s why i’m not concerned at all.

I know, i was just kidding since you mentioned F355.

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

And you said that you were buying low-cost, disposable cars? :giggle:

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Yes, it’s irrelevant, but as i just wrote: they are still talking about over 400km…even over 500.

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

Well, on Porsche official site i see the following for CT4; a. WLTP: 389-456km b. town: 463-541km c. outside (whatever it means): 360km. since we do know what WLTP means and i dont believe in “b”, i should be probably happy with my 375 (c)? Actually, i don’t care, i rather enjoy driving…. I’m...

Glad to be done with Porsche and Taycan

+1 But still: overall, it’s the best EV and i don’t know which car would be better. My build was $147k€, and i’ll keep it for years since (entertainment) software bugs are nothing compared to driving experiences, the built quality/materials and the lines of the car… btw: what’s your next car?

    Audio / Hi-fi thread

Listen @f1eng , he has knowledge&experiences with high_$_end system(s). Personaly,i think that there’s not enough volume in a car that one can hear the difference…of course, it depends on (healthy) ears and type,of music. I don;t have experiences with Burmester, and i don’t remember how base...

    BMW I4 M50 test drive

That’s almost the sme range that i’m getting it with my CT4 after uPdate. As I wrote, few days ago, i talked with the guy who owns i4 and he said that his average consumprion is 16 kwh/100km (the lowest 12 kwh/100km).

Would you trade your Taycan for a Rolls-Royce Spectre?

Looks that all departments loves grill

Would you trade your Taycan for a Rolls-Royce Spectre?

Flat and larger grill (than onbmw) is easier to use …on barbeque. Just imagine a group on a picnic…all would be served at once :giggle:

Would you trade your Taycan for a Rolls-Royce Spectre?

Is front grill removable, so it could be used for barbeque?
