Got a call today from my dealer that the 22" Cayenne Exclusive Design wheels are not available to be ordered in any configuration except with the carbon fiber aeroblades and Porsche had automatically changed my order to those and it would be an extra $2750. I just don't understand how a company like Porsche can launch a new car, put up the configurator, take orders and then on the last day say "oh sorry bud, the car we just released isn't available with 10+ wheel combinations oh and btw, we don't have ANY all-black options but you can get red or blue or gold. Just ridiculous and aggravating

Agreed! i had my heart set on Turbonite 22 Sport-Techno. Was told on lock day that no Sport Techno were available at all (i think they've all been used up on press cars)
Fortunately for me all other designs were still available. I opted for Cayenne Design, Gloss Black, Polished Fronts. They were £425 more expensive but with a bit of persuasion my dealer has covered the extra cost.
I'm definitely not as happy with the Cayenne Design but i my own impatience wouldn't allow me to wait for a later build slot :)

So what is odd to me though is that they are saying Sport Techno IS available and Cayenne Exclusive Design is not. How would it be available to the US market and not the UK if all the cars are built at the same facility?

Also, in the US those wheels that you picked can only be had with the Lightweight package and unique interior which overall is an extra $10,000
