Rear Passenger Seat Back Question

I have a question on my Cayenne Coupe EV. The attached photo is what I'm asking about. The passenger side rear seat back will not lay flat. The photo shows the driver side laying down flat. If I separate the center arm rest from the passenger side seat back, the arm rest will lay flat, passenger seat back will not. In fact, it seems like it is "spring loaded" in that if I push it down, it will pop back up when I remove my hand! I've had numerous Porsche vehicles and this is the only one that does this.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing??

I knew they didnt lie completely flat …but thought its was more than that 🫪
