My dealer originally quoted my a delivery date of July 4th on my Cayenne EV base model. It seems to be steadily getting pushed backwards with the latest date of August 12th. I don't think that's very realistic given my car is still Milestone 1/12 as of 6/22. Over a month ago it briefly went to 2 a couple of times only to revert back to 1 very quickly. I realize that once in production it progresses quickly but then shipping, customs, and various other delays are built in. I was told that I had one of the first allocations available. I see other dealers near me with Cayenne EV's already appearing on their inventory list albeit listed as on the way. I'm beginning to question my dealer or the Porsche app. Anyone want to give opinion on whether the 8/12 delivery is even realistic. My current lease runs out this month so I'm kinda stuck.

I'm at milestone 3 with delivery slated as 20 August. I'm near the port of delivery with no days planned for customs or transport. Production is planned to begin in 14 days. I'm on the Gulf of Mexico so maybe if the same ship hits east coast first a 12 August delivery is feasible.

I wish these were going to be labeled 2027 models as each year is about 10% depreciation just based on the year model.
