Point of note:
  • 4C/400kw charging ; up to 50% - 14min for 10-80%
  • new infotainment system with curved screen
  • 1000hp for the turbo
  • 108kw battery - 500-600km of claimed WLTP range (estimation shown by car at 88% of 341km), less than BMWs latest offerings of 800km WLTP SUVs
  • expected price of 180k+ for a turbo
  • While the Macan EV is using an Audi platfom, for the Cayenne, Porsche took that platform and redevloped it to make it their own - resulting in the greater power delivery
  • using oil cooling on the stator, same as Mission R car
  • stupid looking active aero bits

Anybody who calls active aero bits stupid looking doesn’t get the point of active aero bits.
Ok :) I do get the point, they just look ridiculous, even more ridiculous on a tank of a car

But please, do explain me the point of them, I am sure they will suddenly change how they look just because they are useful 😅

Let’s not forget that cars are not only an engineering playground, and design matters - it’s what Mercedes found the hard way

Anyone considering adding the Cayenne EV to your garage? Or even replacing the Taycan with it?
