It’s October. So I’m sitting outside my dealership as they swap on my winter wheels & tires. Another Taycan is brought out of service and parked nearby. The head service technician, who was driving it, gets out, looks over at me, and says “Good morning, Mr Louv.”

Is it a bad sign that the TECHNICIAN knows me by sight?

He probably recognizes you from the dartboard in the service bay.

What's worse is that the sales associates at the dealership back in Connecticut know me by sight and greet me by name, even though I have never purchased a Porsche from these particular sales associates. I've been buying too many toys.
