“HELP! The car died and it’s sticking halfway out into the street! And it won’t start! And nothing works! What’s wrong with your car?!”
That’s the phone call I received from my wife yesterday.
But it wasn’t the Taycan in distress.
It was the Macan.
Yesterday was time to take the Taycan in...
I love CarPlay so much. I travel for work and end up in lots of rentals (e.g. I was in 3 different rentals in the last 2 weeks). Being able to connect my phone and have the same interface every time makes things so much easier, especially as much as I rely on navigation for places I’ve never...
I have to agree with @Tooney
Closest to me is 277 miles. Then 300+ after that.
It may well be a valid argument that Lucid’s service is better than Porsche (I wouldn’t know). But it’s irrelevant if they are that far away. It’s a non-starter. There could be warranty issues. Or the car may need...

Either way, I can’t afford...
My information is 2nd or 3rd hand, so read it as such, but my understanding is Porsche actually had trouble moving the 918 and created a VIP program to incentivize people to purchase. Brochure for the VIP program below...
lol…no. But it is a nice looking car otherwise. I think they make 997 conversions or covers or something for them. I would do that if I ever got one, but it’s not really on my list.
I would love to add a 914 personally. I don’t think it’s a generally coveted car, but I like them.
