Yesterday, I’ve seen i8 in real, exactly the same colours as yours.
Looks that was brand new…owner drives it very slow, as he would be affraid of speed.
It looks amazing, i’d love to have it, but it’s a hybrid…and i’m not going back to ICE.

Personally, i’d never replace Taycan. It’s a new car, the best looking car…
and i’ll never go back to ICE.
But, as i’m usually saying: your money, your choice.

@whan : I haven’t tried voice, but it’s easy to change from diffused to focused (or individual)…just two clicks.
(first, you hit on AC on lower screen, then you get image of cockpit on upper screen with listed all three options).
Yes, CarPlay starts (almost always) ... but after a whileconnection is (always) lost... then it comes back (after few seconds... up to a minute or two)... or not.... so I could never predict "his" behaviour.

you see, in EU lawyers (with a lot od help of bureaucracy) simply took over all regulations.
therefore, software company has to fullfill zillions of requirements, some of them are...
I know…i’’ve been in software industry for almost 40 years.
i was just trying to say, that the value of gen1 Taycans will drop because of old, obsolete software, when time comes…

the completely new platform, called VW.OS is announced for 2025…if…if there won’t be any delays….
so the question is, what we are using today, what we‘ll get tomorrow….and the day after…??
