I would wait.
There will be more availability with the state of the global economy soon.
The Seadweller is a big old unit.
I had a steel Skydweller (black face) ordered, which the AD got for me. I adored the watch, but when I tried it on it was just too big, so I turned it down.
Wait for the...
He obviously did everything he could to try and get out of buying it. But he had to go through with it in the end.
I don't think it bodes well.
Its like an arranged marriage where you turn up at the wedding and find you really don't like your new spouse.
A lifetime of harmony is highly...
The very least he is going to do is dilute his time at his other businesses. Can't imagine they are thrilled?
Why on earth has he done it....
Even if it all works out hunky dorey, so what? It's not like he needs the money or success.
But if it all goes t1ts up, it takes his halo away across...
I would like to try it for the following situations:
Track days.
City driving.
Parking in our (small) garage.
Letting my Mum reverse it into a tight parking space.
I think it would be ideal for those.

Seems to be a lot of glueing people to objects going on.
This guy started it in the 1970s....
No idea what he was rebelling against?
Maybe adhesive companies

Due to the Taycan / Bose thread receiving lots of posts on audio in general, I have set up this thread for audio/hi-fi/sound system discussion, Taycan and non Taycan related.
Fill your boots.....
Personally, I don't think any of the other options would interest me at the current time.
We are on the list for an electric Macan for the Mrs (when it's released) and at that time we will decide what to do with the Taycan (lifestyle dependant).
I will be completely open minded at the time.

You should let BMW design department know.....
They have been desperately scouring the world looking for someone who prefers the big grill, before they all get sacked.

I always loved the RS6 - despite never having kids or a dog!
Strange, that an estate could be so cool and desirable when I generally prefer smaller cars.
But when the Taycan CT/ST came out I decided that the RS6 had eventually been knocked off its pedestal.
Add on the environmental aspect and...
My business partner has just ordered the EV6 GT S line (model down from the GT) to replace his Macan.
Its a remarkably good car and not surprising it has won all the accolades this year - including Car of the year.
As they are both Korean companies I liken Hyundai/Kia in cars to what Samsung...
I had an M2 before the Taycan.
It is bigger but you soon get used to it. Visibility is poorer - but you start relying on the tech more.
Surround parking and side cameras are excellent.
I soon found it nearly as easy to drive as the M2 except when meeting oncoming traffic on country lanes...
Since reading this thread, I've got John Cooper Clarke 'Hire Car' as a permanent ear worm!
Woke up this morning and the first thing in my head was 'hire car, hire car, why would anybody buy a car'
Don't listen to it!!

We could do with two classes of member on this forum.
* Tesla experienced owners

Its surprises me how often the Taycan gets compared to features on a Tesla, but seldom from all the other brands / models (even other Porsche models).
I wonder what it would have been like if...
