20’s are always the smartest choice for the reasons you noted but visuals for wheels take over from my common sense. I would go with the below 21” ones if ordering today, e.g., liking their looks, reasonable price, and midway range.

The BMW iX message seats were/are also of no significance. Guessing that in the next Cayenne configurator update that we see the message seats as they have been a Porsche option on many models for quite a while — and a key reason why more than a few choose the 14 ways over the 18’s.

I believe the configurator is not fully developed for the U.S., e.g., not just the tow hitch but also the message seats, the colored seat stitching, no exterior mirrors in visible carbon fiber, and more. Would not be a surprise to see a revised, upgraded, more option-listed configurator...

Thanks. Just tried it in the U.S. and it did not work but doubt they created the carbon fiber visual representation without it being available at least on the next configurator update — as most believe would also be the interior stitching color options, the message seats, and probaby more options.

There are different sport sounds on the different Taycan models. If one heads of to Porschefinder.com and finds some that list:”SOUND” next to them, you can comparatively hear how much more aggressive the Tycan GTS and Turbo sounds are compared to the entry model Taycans.

All Cayenne rear seats do an electric partial recline. Note please: Updated post info based on two more videos I saw recently.

Meaning that just like the Macan EV’s reveal when its configurator was live right afterwards, we should see if for the Cayenne right away. Like that!

Active Ride is not standard in most countries (perhaps not anywhere) — even on the Turbo version. Saw at least one reviewer say he preferred it without AR. Thomas@Autogefühl added that in his opinion it was a great vehicle even without it. Can’t wait for its reveal exactly 6 1/2 days from now.

We were told a while back it would be on the West Coast; the LA Auto Show starts exactly one month after Halloween. MissGoElectric thinks that is where it would be reveled….

Estimated Cayenne base and Turbo model reveal date is the beginning part of the LA Auto Show, e..g, roughly 44 days away.

I believe only the 14-way seats have optional message capability (just like the entire Porschel line up).
