How big is the iX grille?

Agreed - new owner in Colorado sent me pics :) - they've had it at a few meets, at Red Rocks etc. - making me regret selling already!!

How big is the iX grille?

Loved my 2015 M4 vert (just sold), but when this grill design appeared on the newer M cars too I was out - almost seems petty saying it but honestly cannot look at that thing with any respect for design - quite a few folk walked away from the brand based on this design trend which TBH is pretty sad.

Lucid Air reaches 500 miles in real-world 70 mph range test

I essentially agree with all of this although, with this sort of range, I guess the point is that you would not be limited to having to stop at a charging location, right? These ranges would thus truly wipe out range anxiety for most. And re looks I really dislike the design and could never be...

Sony announces electric cars.... What does that look like?

Digital mirrors are interesting but TBH sort of defeat the purpose if one of the reasons to have them is to reduce drag (many other reasons of course). These cameras seem to stick out almost as much as an 'analog' mirror - would have thought they could come up with a more hidden or lower...

[US] - Over the Top - the well equipped EV home garage…for those that wish to "over do it"…

Decided in the end to leverage the 60A breaker capacity of the HomeFlex with a hardwire install and a 60A breaker - other 14-50 receptacle will be used separately for a different application (will be changing hard wired setup for my 4-post lift to a plugged setup - will allow me to use with a...

[US] - Over the Top - the well equipped EV home garage…for those that wish to "over do it"…

I have two entirely separate lines each to a 14-50 receptacle and with separate indep breakers in the dedicated 100 amp panel. Always the option to convert one or both to hard wired but prefer two receptacles for now.

Yep - shared this in post bef yours :) But I agree re the 60 A breaker - fine for an option to a hard wired ‘upgrade’ but not what my setup is obviously - going to get that corrected regardless, doesn’t make sense as is.

[US] - Over the Top - the well equipped EV home garage…for those that wish to "over do it"…

Seems to be some confusion here - to be clear - my HomeFlex is setup for 50 amp circuit drawing 40 amps - the breaker size of 60 amp installed by pro electrician (West Houston Electric) - in his words when I asked him re my choosing 50 amp circuit (despite a 60 amp breaker installed) in setting...

Receptacle on 60 amp breaker. Hardwiring of course always an option if desired - straightforward enough.

Nope - its a receptacle but the ChargePoint can do 60 amp breaker charging (has variable). PS: My car at dealership - posted pic in new thread :)

That’s what I’m hoping for with my 60 amp breaker and my ChargePoint charger.

Premium EV sales in China - HiPhi X tops all - including Taycan - Article and Video

Impressive list of features rel to price point - competition in this space about to explode I suspect - oddly, did I miss it but no mention of range, battery architecture or charging times etc? Not my cup o' tea but would appeal to a lot of multi-kid families I guess - interior quality looks...

Have no issues getting to the PDFs on the PWL site with Safari/OSX but the latest download for the US Gulf (I did today) appears to be port entires in September! Fairly certain I'm in the right area of their site but this is weird and surely incorrect. Can someone let me know if Oct/Nov...

    2020 Taycan 4S vs 2021 Ford Mach-e GT

Absolutely - lot of experience with various forums and no doubt whatsoever that there almost always is a massive bias towards a small percentage of owners who have very real but generally uncommon major issues with their cars. Fingers crossed I stay in the no issues category which...

    2020 Taycan 4S vs 2021 Ford Mach-e GT

I would agree almost entirely with your Taycan Pros but in my case (and of course always a personal opinion) the Mach E 'wins' are imo next to none other than a couple, perhaps infotainment and value, and the latter somewhat subjective. TBH I feel pretty good about my choice based on these...
