    Taycan US registration numbers

Here are the first half registration numbers for 2021 I thought there would be more, but it seems the chip shortage is affecting deliveries. If Porsche plans to sell 40,000 Taycans worldwide, it would also mean sales are evenly distributed around their markets Porsche Taycan - 5,285...

Would you consider a Hydrogen Fuel cell car?

Nexo is a good looking car. Car Manufacturers give free fueling cards those that lease. Th fueling stations are not abundant, they do run out and i couldn't imagine not refueling at home. It makes no sense drive to a destination to refuel. Long distance is also a problem. You can see a huge...

Would you consider a Hydrogen Fuel cell car?

I think Hyundai is one of the most exciting auto manufacturers rights now. When I saw this concept car that might be built as a hydrogen fuel cell, rumored to be 800hp, its something I would get. In California the infrastructure is already there Are you open to theHydrogen Fuel cell...

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

These aren't focal points for Telsa buyers. My friend was getting a Y, I showed him all the flaws, he said you buy a Tesla knowing it's flawed. He got the Y last year, his second Tesla. I was getting a S then a 3 when it first came out because it was that or a Leaf. It was a special car then...

What legacy car would you like to see as an EV?

It's one of the most beautiful cars ever created. But isn't part of its charm the sound of the V12, shifting the gears, the analog feeling? That's why I chose the Bentley cause it's huge, not a sports car

What legacy car would you like to see as an EV?

Imo automobiles of the 30s, 60, and 90 were the most beautiful. I would love to see the Bentley Continental SC conversation to BEV. What car would would you like to see as an EV?

    Rivian R1T early review

CT was based on the nonexistent 4860 battery. We wont be seeing any test mules The Ausin factory will be for Model Y, eventually phasing out Fremont

The Rivian looks awesome in person. The lines and size make it look very appealing

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

As someone that has a wholesale dealers license, knows owners of franchise dealers of exotic cars, non franchise exotic dealers, I can tell you they are just about all liars. The barrier of entry is so low to sell cars, that to make money you have to lie or not act in the best interest of the...

Definitely. I just wish they kept the front like the concept.

You missed Teslas innovations in your response.

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

What's more technologically impressive? increased HP on a motor that can't handle it, hence the 170mph limiter, or 800v architecture, 270kw charging, 270kw regen, rear steering, 2 speed transmission? After the release of the Model S in 2012 which was light years ahead of anyone, Tesla has only...

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

I have a Bolt EV that I love. I paid $5500, 1 pay for a 36/10k lease. The car isn't worth a penny more than that. It's $12k toy with a slick drive train. It surprisingly has a very nice fit/finish, gets 4.8mi/kWh so it's one of the most efficient EVs on the road. If the Bolt had 1020hp, did...

Scared to ask... anyone tempted by Model S Plaid?

I've been driving EVs for 20 years, been through all the growing pains, driven just about every one. I've helped sell many Teslas and other EVs. When anyone is looking to get an EV, I tell them to remove the drive train, then ask yourself what you think about the machine . We are all heavily...

Rimac takes over Bugatti from VW

Exactly my thoughts. The overall benefit will spill into the E-GMP platform that their EVs will use. Luc Donckerwolke is the head of design (even though I didn't like what he did at Lamborghini). The current Genesis line is sexy and the concept designs are even better.

Rimac takes over Bugatti from VW

No surprise, but it finally happened. IMO Bugatti was becoming less relevant as it was part of the R&D component for the VW group. With a 45% ownership in this venture, it's even better news for Porsches electrification future with even more EV R&D coming from Rimac. For the lower cost mass...
