Winter and All-Season Fitments
Pirelli developed the Scorpion Winter 2 as the approved winter fitment. It is available in 20- and 22-inch sizes. The range also includes a 20-inch Scorpion MS All Season tire.

These options expand the available fitments for different weather conditions and seasonal requirements

10mm narrower than your summer tires but compatible with your rims, and Porsche OEM winter tires.

There are other options in your summer widths - Lamborghini, Mercedes, and Aston Martin OEM winter tires I think. You can find those on tire rack.com by searching for Cayenne electric tires and choosing the wider 22 inch option.

Either approach is fine.
