Had both PPF and ceramic coatings - no issues so far..
That is reassuring! Does Lane Change Assist work without any issues as well?

I spoke to my SA today and, with the model being so new, there don’t seem to be many people who can give a definitive answer on the exact size/location of the sensor areas yet.

So I guess there are three options: skip PPF entirely, leave the sensor areas uncovered, or just do the PPF and pray…

LCA and all other tech works just as it should. Had no warnings at all from it.

Have you got drive assist …just out of interest 🤔
Was it Xpel ?
Yes, Xpel film. Got all the tech as far as I know. Turbo model

I had an update from Xpel:

"Good afternoon Matthew,
Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm we are aware of this issue and are in contact with Porsche HQ to get this resolved"

My enquiry was basically referencing the origins of this thread and concerns over interference of the "radar system"

I've asked for further information

Xpel being aware of a known issue but seemingly confident it can be resolved with Porsche is interesting. Are there tweaks that can be made by Porsche to the radar system at a software level?

Either way i don't know if i'm more of less confident about having PPF :CWL:
Pleased to hear some actual customers with PPF are having zero issues
