Vehicle Lighting Error

Took delivery of Cayenne EV 5 days ago and the car was giving two alerts that could be ignored. It said : “Vehicle Lighting Error” and “Exterior Light Function Disrupted”. And asked for service.
Not sure what is the issue. I do have HD-Matrix and went with full body PPF with my dealership.
I have read previous Porsches had similar issues, sometime related to 12-volt battery.
