@MoniqueDenver it’s been a really great car for us the last 3.5 years. My wife for sure won’t go back to ICE as her daily driver. And she’s too particular to drive anything else at this point. We plan on keeping it another 3.5 years or so and replacing with another one. Enjoy the car!
The Urkle car!
I was for real just looking those up on CarGurus yesterday. I was thinking about how cool (maybe not the right word) it would be to show up to a track day with one.
I can’t imagine the anxiety of holding people up and not being able to get into gear. Sucks there was known issue they didn’t share.
I was a little worried picking up my 911 last year. First time driving a manual in around 5 years. I was sure I’d kill it driving off the lot. But it was fine...
I ended up shopping Black Friday deals and bought everything at the end of November for around $3500, which I was happy with. But then I was out of town for a couple of weeks. And when I got home, I hurt my back and was out for a while. So, just now getting a chance to start using it.
VR made...
Honestly, I haven’t figured out if they’re the best ever with all of the updates or if they were just that bad to start with. Like, “ they’re the most improved map”. Not necessarily a compliment.
But really, I just wish there was a reply feature so I could be like, “You guys know I’m using...
?♂️ I actually don’t keep up with it; I’ll assume it’s announced for 2025 then? It’s largely irrelevant to me. I sill prefer ICE for long distance trips. Plus, keeps me sharp so I remember how to start it.
I tried to teach her how to drive a manual when we were first dating.
“Why does it keep rolling backwards?! Make it stop!”
She never learned.
But she hates driving in general. She wants cars to drive themselves.
I have either painted covers or keychains for all of the cars for that reason. But that wasn’t the issue here.
She had the key. She literally just forgot to start the car.
