The world takes a sharp intake of breath when a carmaker is 3% down yet tech companies can burn through billions and never make a profit yet people queue up to invest. Strange world we live in (Or maybe strange financial markets).
Yeh I went through the bmw one last night and thought I'd missed something - playing with the Porsche one is great but must admit it was a less stressful buying process with limited options.

Actually I should have researched on here more before posting. Just seen someone else’s review, I couldn’t live with the rear seat space and in actual pics (opposed to the cgi bmw website ones) it looks like any other 3 series.
To be honest I’d have happily moved from Audi to the i40, but now I’ve landed on Porsche I don’t think there’s any going back.

I have a really big house but it’s powered by solar with battery storage, heavily insulated and we pay to offset our tiny gas use…I’d argue it’s no worse than a smaller house running off the grid.
Totally agree, you’ve got to hand it to Tesla for proving that we can get past a 40 mile range on an EV. They moved the market forward far quicker than it otherwise would have moved
