This is pure speculation at this point. We’ve already had multiple deliveries all over the country here in Sweden, and mine was actually the first one delivered by my dealership. I’ve had no warnings, no software issues, and not even a minor glitch. So far, everything has worked exactly as it...
The majority of people buying Porsche EVs aren’t really “EV people” to begin with, and I don’t think that’s talked about enough. Personally, I don’t care about EVs at all. I would never have bought an electric car if it weren’t a Porsche, simply because Porsche has managed to make one that still...
This is actually so true.
I had issues with my data services and main user setup when my car was delivered, so I was asked to contact Porsche in Germany directly. The support was on another level compared to any dealer I’ve dealt with. They called me every 10–15 minutes, emailed every 2–3...
Totally agree! Guess some people are in for a treat to order the MY27 cars since they will have a lot of functions we never got the opportunity to order
Thank you! This has been frustrating me for a long time. People don’t seem to understand the typical Porsche customer demographic. The Macan is an entry-level model, so it naturally attracts a different audience than the rest of the lineup. While there are certainly some buyers who cross-shop...
I agree with the comment above. If I were you, I'd skip the Sport Design Package and get RAS instead. The benefits of RAS are huge, especially on such a large car.
To be honest, even here in Sweden, with wider roads and less traffic, we can barely make full use of the base power. So if you're...
I would strongly recommend against Oak Green if you’re not choosing the Sport design package. In my opinion, it really needs the gloss black details for the whole car to come together. If you are opting for the Sport design package, though, I think it will look fantastic.
As for the Sport...
26th or 27th is the global launch and people are already getting deliveries at those dates set. So everything is up to speed without delays as I understand it.
Previously it was due to a specific software update that needed to be installed before any cars were released. That was the reason my delivery was delayed for a few weeks. Apparently the cars bricked or never finished the updates..
That isn’t good at all. My dealer actually told me today that they should ”hurry up to register the car on us” so we don’t end up in the same situation as during the Macan launch, when Porsche AG put a complete delivery stop on all cars, making them impossible to register.
Not sure if the...
I haven’t heard anything from the dealer, but I noticed in the app that there now is a “service history” button. Apparently my car went through PDI today and they drove 9km while testing it (8,5km too much in my opinion 😉)
Has anyone else in Europe received an estimated delivery or pickup date yet?
It seems like most people getting early deliveries are scheduled for next Friday, which is one day before the official launch (I think). I guess that’s the estimated timeline for the early birds.
I’m mainly curious...
