from a HP and performance perspective the Macan EV is better value than the ICE macan in my opinion - there are cheaper entry point ICE macan but i doubt anyone on the Taycan forum would say they are “good cars” - crappy engines, terrible throttle lag, expensive to maintain, mediocre gas milage...
Macan 4S EV - 0-60 in 3.9 seconds - $84,900 - before options
Macan GTS ICE - 0-60 in 4.3 seconds - fastest trim you can purchase today - $91,000 - before options
there are cheaper trims - but they are lesser cars - so you might as well compare Porsche to any other brand/car you choose - yes...
Porsche pursuing efuels is like Blockbuster video pursuing "faster rewind of the tapes" as a business plan to stave off streaming…
even if they are carbon neutral (a claim I don't fully believe) - they still burn like normal fuels which have all sorts of nasty pollution/non-greenhouse gas...

just like a Porsche.
just like Porsche - low volume manufacturer
yep - sounds german to me…
3.3 mm damage to the battery tray of your Taycan - sounds familiar to me…
German auto vs. China lower cost and higher volume EV's
yeah it's interesting - really really fast charging is only part of the picture - you have to have enough delivery power to then provide ### kWh's in "mm" minutes…
Macan is 100 kWh battery - 95 kWh usable
10% -80% is 70% charge - 70% of 95 is 66 kWh + 10% charing loss overhead is 73 kWh
73 kW...
