This has not been my experience. I have rented a few times over the past 6 months (at airport and off airport) with no issues at all. Maybe I just got lucky but maybe you were just unlucky. ?

Styling is a completely subjective thing and I mean no offense at all when I say that I really dislike the way this vehicle looks. I personally prefer the Ioniq 5 styling.
