New Cayenne Electric - cold air around knees

I have a new Cayenne Electric 2026. No matter the AC setting on/off cold/warm I have cold air entering the cabin around the driver and passenger knee area. This is cold air and does not appear to be from the AC unit. It still comes in when AC system is off and vents closed. Anyone had this issue with Cayenne or other Porsche models? It's so annoying. I am driving around with a jacket over my knees. Waiting on a maintenance appointment in December.

On the Taycan it's the small cooling ventilator for the screen located between driver and passenger console.

Not experienced it but if at knee level, could it be an over active cooling of the phone pad - every time I take my iPhone Air out it is very cold !
