MBUX is light years ahead of the PCM.

MB EQE SUV vs. Waiting for Macan EV

We just picked up an EQE SUV for my wife. I knew nothing about it before hand, though I was somewhat familiar with the EQS SUV. We actually were considering that but the numbers didn't work for us even though there are some good incentives on them. I like the EQE. Exterior styling is...

New Porsche “K1” 7 Seat EV SUV coming

Knock that thing out sooner than later so you don't have a baby/toddler screwing up the expensive interior. ?

Trade my Taycan Base for a new Corvette

Personal choice, IMO. I’m a fan of having an “adult car”, some may call it a daily driver, and a fun vehicle. I had a Jeep Wrangler that hadn’t had it doors or top on in 4+ years but had to sell it to make my Taycan payments palatable. It was great having it along with my MEric daily driver. If...

Traveling to Zurich and Zermatt, Switzerland this Summer

I saw that train and it looks worth the trip. We don’t need a whole lot to do because we’re using the time in Switzerland to adjust to the time difference before going to South Africa and Mozambique for 2 weeks. Just going to relax and take in the sights of the Alps. I thought about more time in...

Traveling to Zurich and Zermatt, Switzerland this Summer

Hey, all. My family is stopping for 5 days in Switzerland on our way to South Africa this Summer. We’re planning a day in Zurich and then 4 days in Zermatt. Since this forum is far more international than any other outlet I have or am active in, I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions for things...

Porsche Drive, Swap, Repeat - Porsche Rental service

IMO, it’s not a bad deal if money is no object… literally… no object. If it is, it’s not too different than a never ending lease But with slightly higher prices on a leased highly specced 911. I talked to my SA and finance director about it just to kill time and it’s not offered at my dealer but...

Will you test drive the Mercedes EQS?

If the EQS was just an EV S Class, it would be a much harder decision. I sat in the EQS and looked at the Taycan (co-located dealerships) and it didn’t take long to go with the Taycan. The EQS SUV exterior styling is more palatable, though.

    Moving on

We’ve got 2 MBs right now and the Porsche dealer I ordered my Taycan from is co-located with the MB dealer. The new SL is AWESOME! And I love the color you chose. Although 2 different cars, if given the choice of a “base“ 911 or SL, I’d strongly consider the SL. Now… the Targa I specced out for...
