Interesting. To me, these are completely different vehicles. I didn’t buy my Taycan because I was bothered about range or practicality. If those are the priority then an ICE vehicle or a Tesla are the answer (Tesla for it’s charging network)

I have an AM Vanquish as my weekend car. I love it and doubt I’ll ever tire of it. Before my Taycan, I drove an iPace for three years and found it to be the easiest ‘car’ to live with that I’ve ever had. (I rarely need to travel more than 200 miles in any one day so wind up charging at home)...
I’ve driven an iPace for three years. Similar weight car and similar sized battery.
Guess-o-meter says 230 in summer and 220 in winter. Both these are optimistic with the way I drive. On long motorway journeys, at sensible speeds I might do a bit better.
Now Porsche might be better engineers...
