    Good point. I'd rather see some automated enforcement of phone use than automated enforcement of speed limits. Probably would save more lives, and pedestrians, too.

    Limiting a car to 25 in a 15mph school zone might make sense, but limiting to 75 in a 65 doesn't. It'd make more sense to limit to something like 150% the speed limit, IMO. People going by my house at 50mph (it's a 25 zone) feels super dangerous, but someone driving in control at 90mph in a 65...
