This video reminds me of when I was at a red light and a Rivian pulled up next to me. I didn't look at the driver, as I generally don't try to make eye contact with anyone since it either means I want to talk about my car or race (sadly just those two options).
Anyway when the light hit green...
I like it a lot, perhaps more than ours. Porsche does need to increase their screen size though, would be nice to have more real estate for CarPlay/AA.
This part killed me.
I'm picking up my car likely this week so I'm a bit terrified to get approached by people like this. Luckily I will be charging at home...
Dumb question - what exactly is phase 4 (final stage) for US customers? I'm not referring to Track Your Dream but rather the overview.
Does that happen when you get the car, or when it ships? All it says is "we wish you many happy miles!" ...That doesn't really tell me much!
I knew there was some background there, in fact I was going to ask if you were literature teacher/professor at some point. Your post was such an enjoyable read!
Not sure who made the baffling decision to split up the headlights like that. It invokes images of a Pontiac Aztec. Not a car you wanna be associated with. It's nice to try something bold with design, but this ain't it. In fact, you could argue that the Taycan does exactly that, and does it...
Same here. Taycan obviously blows it away, but I'm into these futuristic, simplistic designs as well. Like for instance I love a sharp, well fitted and expensive suit - but I also dress in plain tees and joggers on most days and love that style too.
